Paris: Food – Fouquet’s.  From the famous Fouquet’s Brasserie, on the Champs Elysees, where Parisians and tourist go to see and be seen, the Caesar Salad from the Hors d’Oeuvre is more than a meal unto itself.  This abundant and succulent dish was bang on.  The chicken was cooked to perfection; all the ingredients were fresh and in the right proportions to each other.
