Milano: Spring Summer RTW 2009

Marni. The Spring/Summer 2009 Marni collection is inspired by British pop artist, Peter Blake. It’s a contemporary take on couture elegance, playing with contrasts and overlaps. A new sophistication defined by weaves of raffia and tulle, the colorful shimmer and sheen of large and small sequins, velvety hues and layered crepon tapes, which take reference from prints. Tall, slim silhouettes
